Privacy policy
Last updated 24 July 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, company, budget, timeline, service interests and message you provide. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which we use to detect abuse of the form.
When you subscribe to studio notes we store your email address and the part of the site you subscribed from.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional studio notes, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Hashed IP addresses exist solely to rate-limit the forms. They cannot be reversed into an address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you come back to us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Processors we use
This site runs on standard web infrastructure and may use a hosting provider, a managed MongoDB database and a transactional email provider. Each processes data only on our instruction and only to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within 30 days.
