Why this exists

The problem it solves

Off-the-shelf software fits the average of every business that bought it, which is why the workarounds pile up: the spreadsheet beside the system, the WhatsApp group that carries the real process, the export someone reformats every Friday.

The point at which custom software pays for itself is the point at which those workarounds are costing more than the licence. Usually that shows up as staff time, or as customers who abandon something halfway through.

How we run it

What working with us looks like

01

Scope before code

We start from the job the software has to do, not the feature list. That conversation usually shortens the build: a first brief tends to describe three products, and one of them is the one that matters this year.

You leave discovery with a written scope, a fixed price and a date, before anyone opens an editor.

02

Working software every two weeks

At the end of each two-week block there is a link you can open on your own phone and use. No demo environment full of placeholder data, and no waiting until the end to find out what was built.

That cadence is also what keeps scope honest. Seeing the thing is how you discover what you actually asked for.

03

Built for the device your customers hold

We test on mid-range Android phones and throttled connections before we call anything finished, because that is what a good share of real users are on. Server-rendered where it matters, so pages open quickly and search engines can read them.

04

Handover as part of the work

The repository, the domain, the hosting and any store listings end up in your name, documented, with your team trained on whatever they will be running. Ninety days of cover after launch is included rather than sold separately.

Scope

What you get

Built on

  • Next.js
  • React Native
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • MongoDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • Paystack
  • Flutterwave
  • Web Application Development
  • Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)
  • API Design & Integration
  • SaaS Product Architecture
  • Legacy System Modernisation
  • E-Commerce Platforms

A good fit if

  • You already have customers and the software has stopped keeping up.
  • One person on your side can make decisions without a committee.
  • The process you want built is one you can describe end to end.
  • You want to own and run the result afterwards.

Probably not if

  • The idea has not been tested on anyone who would pay for it.
  • You need it live next week at the lowest possible price.
  • You want a brief executed without anyone questioning it.
FAQ

What people ask

Yes, once the final invoice clears. The repository, the domain, the hosting and the app store listings all go into your name, documented. We do not hold anything hostage and we do not charge you to leave.

That is a requirement of every build rather than an upsell. Content goes into a CMS shaped around how your team actually writes, and we train the people who will use it before handover. Most clients are publishing on their own inside a week.

About two hours a week from one person who can make decisions: a weekly call plus reviewing what we send. Projects run late for one reason more than any other, and it is waiting on feedback.

The two-week cadence exists so that is a normal conversation rather than a crisis. Anything that changes the scope gets re-quoted before it is built, so you are never surprised by an invoice.
