Why this exists

The problem it solves

Buying hardware is the easy part. What costs money is equipment that arrives without a plan: workstations nobody configured, a switch that does not match the cabling, a UPS sized for last year's load.

The other common failure is a supplier who sells the box and disappears. Someone still has to rack it, configure it, and answer the phone when it stops.

How we run it

What working with us looks like

01

Specify against the actual load

We start from what the equipment has to carry: how many people, what software, how much of it runs at once, and what happens when the power goes. Specifying from that rather than from a catalogue is what stops you buying twice.

02

Sourced from vendors we can hold to a date

Quotes carry the lead time as well as the price, because on a deployment the date is usually the constraint. Where a part has a long lead time we say so up front rather than discovering it after the deposit.

03

Configured before it reaches your floor

Workstations arrive imaged and joined, switches arrive configured, and cabling is labelled to a diagram you keep. An install that is documented is an install someone else can maintain.

04

Supported afterwards

Warranty handling, replacements and ongoing maintenance are part of the arrangement rather than a separate negotiation each time something fails.

A good fit if

  • You are fitting out a new office, floor or site.
  • Equipment is ageing out and you want one plan rather than piecemeal replacement.
  • You want the supplier and the installer to be the same accountable party.

Probably not if

  • You have a specification already and only want the cheapest price on it.
  • You need a single consumer laptop.
FAQ

What people ask

We can, but we will tell you when we think that is a false economy. Most of the cost of a bad deployment is in configuration and cabling, not in the boxes.

Per order, against a written specification, with the lead time stated alongside the price. Hardware pricing moves, so a quote carries a validity date rather than pretending otherwise.

We handle the claim. You deal with us rather than with a vendor's support queue, which is most of the point of buying it through us.
