The business
FutureFish builds hardware that sits on a fish pond and reports what is happening in it. The devices are the product; the platform is how a farmer actually uses them.
What we built
A web platform where an operator sees every pond they run in one place, with readings over time rather than only the current number, because a trend is what tells a farmer something is going wrong.
Ponds are rarely next to good connectivity. Readings queue and backfill rather than being lost, and the interface is explicit about how fresh the data on screen is instead of quietly showing yesterday's figure as though it were live.
Scaling past one farm
The model is one operator with many ponds, and increasingly one organisation with many operators. Access is scoped so a farm manager sees their sites and a head office sees all of them, without either needing a separate login.
