By the numbers
The problem
Workforce readiness, attendance, proof-of-work evidence and reconciliation were four separate records kept in four separate ways. Any question that spanned two of them became a manual exercise, and by the time the answer arrived the week was over.
What we built
A single-company platform where all five streams write to one record. A worker's readiness status, their attendance, the evidence they captured on site and the reconciliation against it are one row, not four spreadsheets.
Evidence capture is built for the field: photos and timestamps taken where the work happened, queued on the device and pushed when there is signal.
At the end of each week the system assembles the report itself. AI drafts a summary of the exceptions. The figures come from the platform's records, not a model's guess.
Why it is one company per instance
Accountability data is sensitive enough that we kept the deployment model single-tenant. One company, one database, no shared rows, and an access model where a supervisor sees their own crew rather than the whole organisation.
