Two businesses in one product
Olokpo has to work for a client booking catering and for a caterer running their kitchen, and those two people want almost opposite things from a screen. The client wants to choose and forget; the caterer wants the whole day's load in front of them.
They are built as two distinct experiences over one order record rather than one interface with a role switch.
The delivery half
Catering is logistics with a deadline that cannot move. Once an order is confirmed the platform coordinates the run to the venue, and status moves through the same record the client is watching, so nobody has to phone anyone to ask where the food is.
